Since 1959, PARISE COMPRESSORI has been designing and manufacturing piston compressor units. A project that preserves the tradition and quality of the past, while remaining in constant evolution and improvement. Precise mechanical processing is carried out using operator units and CNC machining centers, ensuring perfect manufacturing and long-term interchangeability of components. The adopted technical solution of two-stage compression and a low rotation speed ensures compressed air production at a temperature about 20 degrees lower and an air yield approximately 30% higher compared to single-stage units. The V-shaped arrangement of special nickel-copper cast iron cylinders improves cooling and machine balance. The heads containing automatic disc valves are made of special cast iron or steel. The crankshaft is made of spheroidal cast iron, according to the latest automotive engineering techniques. Lubrication is automatic, splash type. The piston rings are made of special high-strength cast iron, nitrided to enhance their wear resistance. After extensive and meticulous testing, it can be stated that compressor units made with cast iron alloys possess superior and irreplaceable physical and technological qualities, more than offsetting the higher initial cost.
