COAXIAL COMPRESSORS

These models have been designed with an electric motor directly coupled to the compressor unit. They are technically advanced, powerful and quiet machines. They are very compact, require minimal supervision and little maintenance. They are ideal compressors for small painting jobs, washing and inflation for all the tasks of a small business. The cylinders are made of special cast iron, lubrication is automatic by splash, and the valves are stainless steel reed valves. The operating pressure is 8 bar, but for some models it can reach 10 bar. The control equipment includes: - Pressure switch with start-stop switch, safety valve, pressure reducer and pressure gauge.

SINGLE-STAGE BELT-DRIVEN AIR COMPRESSORS

Single-cylinder or twin-cylinder air compressor connected to the electric motor by means of a V-belt with guard. Steel sheet tank with support feet or trolley, tested to CE standards. The fixed compressors do not have a pressure reducer, but a connection for the application of a reducer is provided on request.

TWO-STAGE BELT-DRIVEN COMPRESSORS

The compressors in this series are designed using cutting-edge technology: the two-stage technique guarantees 80% air production. Operating pressure of 10 bar. The crankshaft is made of hot-forged steel or spheroidal cast iron. Lubrication is automatic by splash. The success of these compressors is closely linked to the special cast iron alloy used in the construction of the cylinders and heads. The control equipment includes: - Pressure switch with start-stop switch, safety valve, pressure reducer and pressure gauge.

TANDEM COMPRESSORS

These models have been designed to ensure maximum continuity of compressed air supply with low electricity consumption. Each machine consists of two compressor units with two electric motors. The compressors are very robust machines, the cylinders and heads are made of special cast iron and the steel valves are high-performance disc type. The compressors operate automatically and alternately. An electrical device is contained in a metal box with timed motor protection switches or, on request, with star-delta starters and solenoid valve, switch lock and pressure switch. This device controls and monitors the proper functioning of the machine.
